kids summer shoes/sandals

usually I buy my dd shoes on line but i missed out on the sales and maybe just for the summer I buy her somewhat cheaper ones. Looking for sandals that could be worn in water as well.

where do you all shop for kids shoes?

WalMart.. Or that shoe store in Westmount mall... I think it starts with a P? It's all brightly coloured and whatnot... It may not be a P, I'm bad at remembering titles properly sometimes...
